• Successfully broker matching fund (grants) partnership with 2 LGAs and 1 LCDA to provide funding to MSMEs resident within the locations.

• Successfully restructured/negotiated several debts on behalf of the company.

• Successfully negotiated loan restructuring and refinancing for the Group.

• Negotiated and won a major contract for Novo Car Rentals (a subsidiary)
• Designed and compiled operational policy manual, credit manual, enterprise risk framework, and accounting manual for the Group.

• Pioneered three branches and recorded a break-even position (in one of the branches) within three (3) months
• Played a major role in the development of 5-year strategy document for the Bank.
