- As secretary to the governing board, I organised, scheduled and confirmed board and management meetings.
- Coordinated events and workshops to promote health insurance initiatives.
- Conceived, got approval, and successfully completed the building of an ultramodern headquarters building for the agency from its retained revenue.
- Left a cash balance of over Two Billion Naira and a fleet of ten official vehicles, ICT infrastructure and other assets worth over Eight Hundred Million Naira in Net Book Value.
- Conceived and established the Osun Health Insurance Scheme (OHIS) Drug Distribution Centre to ensure effective management of medicines and medical consumables by OHIS service providers.

- Led other CEOs to demand for a review of the Operational Guidelines for the BHCPF, Nigeria's flagship health financing programme.
- I served in the Operational Guideline Review Committee as a member of the Ministerial Oversight Committee and the Revised BHCPF Guidelines was adopted at the Emergency National Council on Health in August 2020.
