Accomplishments
- Established and maintained high-quality standards for piling operations
- Controlled and reduced operational costs without compromising quality by ensuring that only qualified sub-contractors are engaged and qualified technicians repair our equipment
- Collaborated with team of 50 members in the completion of installing 580 numbers of pile of 600mm diameter to a depth of 12m.
- Lead a team that did Quality Assurance test on piles installed at the popular Dangote Refinery, we tested over 5,000 installed piles and gave the reports in due time.
- Achieved high intern recommendations from top Institutions in the country through effectively helping new interns with trainings and encouraged them to present at the end of every week of what they learned so far.
- Lead the team on different projects and we successfully installed over 3,000 piles without making any loss on this projects.
- Implemented cost-effective strategies in procurement, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
