Through the course of my internship at the interior design company, the design team and I worked together in order to alleviate the Project flow, and that the tasks were completed in time. Besides, I participated in the technical teams workshops, which gave me a more profound knowledge of how working drawings are interpreted and or translated into implementation plans by the senior technical officials.

It was during this time that I took part in the monitoring of numerous projects as I accompanied the architects to construction sites to supervise their quality control. This hands-on project taught me some important lessons; notably, it made me realize the form of the environment in which the work is conducted (aiding me in understanding the process). It is in the various stages of work that begin with the measurements to winning the last pen sketches do I get the overall flow of a project.

An understanding of what project management entails was acquired by me, which involves planning, organizing, executing and controlling resources (such as time, budget, and personnel) to achieve specific goals and objectives within a set time frame.
