• Received program-wide recommendation and recognition for effectively and efficiently organising and facilitating the Leadership Meetings on behalf of the Group Project Director.

• Coordinated the social welfare scheme of the Foundation in successfully empowering dozens of women financially through the Social Welfare and Empowerment Program.
• Worked as the Administrator of the Centre of the Foundation in Lagos. The Centre was born out of a vision for expansion and wider coverage of the target audience.

Key achievements on this role:

• The team successfully implemented a project in which over 3,000 females in the employ of the government had general health checks and also breast and cervical cancer screening done. The data from this project was well-managed by my team, communicated with the officials of the government and archived in the Foundation’s database for informed decision-making and future project planning.
• Designed and executed a state-wide project targeted at improving the quality of life of the youth. This project culminated in getting state approval for funds to fully vaccinate over two hundred females between the ages of 9 and 25 years against Human Papilloma Virus.

• Supervised the activities of field workers in house-numbering exercises for communities surrounding the health centre for ease of conducting needs assessments and adequate healthcare planning.
• Developed and maintained relationships with community stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Designed the process flow and modelled it for the field worker, enabling the team to cover the entire geographical area allocated, completed the exercise within the specified time frame, with strong commendation from the overall Project Lead.

Key achievement in the role:

• Following evaluation by the Project Lead, I was commended for doing a great job and proper coordination in the exercise. The geographical location assigned to my team stood out as the best executed cohort.

• A six-week skill acquisition and experience gathering prerequisite in the M.P.H curriculum.
• Participated in the Oyo State Logistics Working Committee meeting on the vaccination against Neisseria MeningitidisSerogroup C by MenAfricVac in 2014. The members of the committee included officials of the Oyo State Ministry of Health, UNICEF, WHO and NPHCDA.
• Participated in the Disease Surveillance and Notification Officers’ training held at the W.H.O office in Ibadan, South-West Nigeria.
• Carried out statutory field visits to the Oyo State Cold Chain Store at Jericho, Ibadan, to understand the operations of the Cold-Chain System.
