A dedicated and results-oriented Food Technologist with over 10 years of progressive experience in food production, quality assurance, HACCP implementation, and team leadership in fast-paced manufacturing and foodservice environments. Seeking admission to the Master's programme in Food Quality and Safety to acquire advanced knowledge in risk analysis, international food legislation (e.g., EU regulations, Codex Alimentarius), and emerging technologies for food safety management.
