Key Accountabilities.

• Drive implementation of an effective Performance Management system for over 500 employees.
• Develop Talent Management strategies, processes and policies across the organization.
• Facilitate annual talent review sessions, assessment centers, promotion exercise and career discussions.
• Analyze performance data to deduce trends and provide descriptive reports for Executive Management decisions.
• Develop and manage the mentoring framework and ensured clear definition criteria for identifying participants and consistency in the implementation of the Framework.
• Develop long-term career paths for employees and succession planning frameworks for each business unit..

Key Achievements

• Developed and implemented Talent Review Meeting framework to build and secure quality talent & leadership pipeline required to sustain the future of the organization.
• Led the revamp of the performance management system by introducing a new goal setting process that resulted in objective performance reviews and clearer link to performance- based rewards.
• Developed a succession plan framework for 90% of critical roles across the organization.
• Developed and implemented a cross-functional movement framework to broaden the experience base of talent/leadership pipeline.
• Developed Performance metrics derived from raw company data to track improvements in organizational efficiency.

• Managed the company’s medical scheme and mitigated issues to the minimum.
• Managed the Transfer/Secondment and Role change and staff exit Processes for all employees.

Managed the Travel/Procurement process for the Executive Management to ensure a seamless system and reduce operational cost

Key Accountabilities.

• Responsible for handling the administrative and procurement services for Senior Executives within Sahara Group.
• Managing and coordinating the travel portfolios for the Executive Management.

• Developed and implemented a Travel / Procurement Management system for the Executive Management which resulted in a significant percentage of cost savings for the company.
• Developed and implemented a process flow for Executive Management travels.
• Streamlined operations and prioritized tasks, allowing senior staff to increase productivity.
