• Providing and developing Financial, administrative, and human resources strategic advice, and planning to the Managing Director to achieve organization goals
• Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategies concerning working capital management, corporate finance, and foreign exchange management to attain profit maximization goals
• Prepare and implement comprehensive financial and human resource plans through the manning process to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities
• Provide financial projections and manage the company's market, financial, and statutory risks
• Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of the Finance department, human resource, credit, logistics, and store departments providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Read all submitted reports by managers to reward performance, prevent issues, and resolve problems
• Prepare Management report (monthly, quarterly yearly) to the Managing Director
• Provide detailed and comprehensive reports on the risk analysis and risk assessment of each segment of the factory
• Management of statutory filing i.e FIRS, State Revenue services, NAFDAC, PENCOM NSITF, ITF, and other statutory agencies as required by Law
• Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the Managing Director or Chairman

Fund Management

• Forecasting cash flow position, related borrowing needs and available funds for raw materials, operation and investment
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investments requirements
• Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rate on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions and imports financing
• Maintain banking relationships
• Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure by Invest surplus funds

Budgeting and Financial Planning

• Manage the preparation of the company's budget
• Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variance
• Assist management in formulating of its overall strategic direction
• Financial Analysis
• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company
• Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement
• Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of activities
• Assist in the determination of products pricing in relation to feature offered and competitors pricing
• Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash-flow analysis

Taxation and Statutory Reports

• Preparation of VAT returns, Withholding Tax, Company income Tax, Staff Pension NSITF,ITF NSC,NAFDAC,CAC and other statutory regulatory payments and advice management appropriately on the new developments
• Preparation of all documents needed for importation, letter of credit, Form M, and other documentations for timely clearing of imported/machinery for production

• Prepare, examine, and analyses accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Analyses business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
• Develop, maintain, and analyses budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted cost
• Compute taxes owned and prepare returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other compliance issues
• Supervised the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems
• Collaborated extensively with external auditor during interim and post year audit
• Examine and preparation of Capitation fee and Fee for Service for the Healthcare facilities across the country
