  • Role Summary: Manage the entire plant operation RM-FG & conversion to wheat milling plant and one pasta factory. Mills capacity 36000 MT/month while pasta has 10600 MT/month. Managing all the imported wheat vessels, Port handling and ensuring full administrative control in conjunction with the Nigerian port authority.
  • Quality, cost, production manage, people management, flour extraction and pasta yield, & Efficiency are the major KPIs. Driving Operation excellence 2.0X as source core value of the organization and TPM (autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance and focused improvement).
  • Responsible for safety, food safety, quality product availability, customer service and cost performance within the facility by leading with a zero-injury mentality and partnering with Safety, Health and Sustainability (SH&S) representative to drive safety initiatives across the facility.
