• Vision and Mission Oversight: Define and guide the organization's vision to provide preventive education and support to those affected by HIV/AIDS.
• Program Development: Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of effective HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns, educational workshops, and community outreach programs.
• Advocacy & Policy Engagement: Act as the voice of your organization, advocating for HIV/AIDS awareness at local, national, and global levels. This includes influencing public health policy and securing support for HIV/AIDS initiatives.
• Public Speaking & Awareness Campaigns: Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and forums to spread awareness and provide valuable information on HIV/AIDS prevention.
• Partnership Building: Foster relationships with government agencies, healthcare institutions, other non-profits, and the private sector to expand the reach of your initiatives.
• Training & Workshops: Oversee the organization of workshops to train community members, health workers, and volunteers on HIV prevention and care strategies.
• Fund Development: Lead efforts to secure funding for HIV/AIDS initiatives through grants, corporate partnerships, and donor relations.
• Resource Management: Ensure that funds and resources are effectively allocated to support the organization’s programs and goals.
• Team Leadership & Management: Supervise staff, volunteers, and partners, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and effectively.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Develop monitoring systems to track progress on projects, ensure accountability, and report on outcomes to stakeholders and donors.
• Media Advocacy: Engage with media outlets to raise public awareness, share success stories, and promote the work of the Living Without AIDS Initiative.
• Digital Campaigns: Oversee the creation of online content that educates the public about HIV/AIDS, shares personal stories, and encourages preventive behaviors.
• Direct Support Services: Oversee programs that provide emotional, social, and possibly material support to people living with HIV/AIDS, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
