  • While working as an IT Support Specialist, I was involved daily in providing desktop, laptop, printers and network installations, configurations and troubleshooting
  • Preparing new systems during onboarding of new staff, conduct IT induction and security training by introducing new employees to the clients IT systems, network environment, the applications, policies, procedures, and standards
